At WizardOufit, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality products with unique designs. Here is our policy on apparel and printing:
1- Garment Quality: We work with durable and comfortable materials to ensure that each garment meets high quality standards.
2- Print Colors: Colors in print may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and printing techniques. We strive to keep variations to a minimum.
3- Garment Care: We recommend washing garments inside out and in cold water to preserve print quality.
Return policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple returns policy:
1- Returns Time: We accept returns within 10 days after receiving the order.
2- Returns Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags intact. We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they have factory defects.

4- Refund: We will issue a full or partial refund (depending on the condition of the item) in the same form of payment you used for the purchase.
Custom Printing Policy
We offer a custom printing service for those who want unique and exclusive designs. To ensure the best experience, please note the following policies:
1- Custom Designs: You can send us your own designs or work with our team to create something unique. All designs must comply with our copyright policies and must not infringe on third party rights.
2- Review and Approval: Before printing, you will receive a digital preview of your design. You must approve this preview to begin production. Changes are not accepted once approved.
3- Custom Returns: Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Production Time: Customized items may take longer to produce. We will inform you of approximate timeframes upon confirming the design.
